Cyclone the storm is predicted to escalate to a rare Category 5 storm as it shifts toward the Caribbean island, delivering deadly sudden floods and mudslides.

The hurricane, which had wind speeds of up to 120 miles per hour as of 06:00 GMT, is now shifting toward the northwest in the Caribbean region and is anticipated to make landfall by midweek, as reported by meteorological authorities.
